Selected work

Photography is more than what a moment looked like. It is what that moment felt like.

A silhouetted figure standing inside a neon-lit storefront at night.
Sunlight streaming through the open doors of a rustic wooden barn.
Close profile of a hockey player wearing a helmet under arena lights.
A dramatic sunset spreading across an open landscape beneath textured clouds.
A driver’s eyes reflected in a rearview mirror.
A woman in a red dress posing beside the water at sunset.
A black grand piano in a warmly lit room.
A snow-covered downtown street illuminated by warm streetlights.
Black-and-white close-up portrait of a cow against a dark background.
A downtown street glowing in warm golden-hour light.
A woman dressed in black walking confidently down an urban alley.

The Barn in 4 Seasons

One structure, revisited as the world around it changes. The barn stays still while weather, foliage, color and light move through the year — revealing how the same place can carry four completely different moods.

Music

Some stories need sound.

Before a photograph becomes a frame, an emotion is already there. Music is another way I hold onto it — turning memory, conflict, loss and hope into something that can be heard.

I Hate You, Don't Leave Me

Lyrics
I feel like I’m falling through space,
No one to catch me, I’m losing my place.
One minute I love you, the next it’s a fight,
I can’t control it, can’t make it right. Pushing you close, then pushing away,
I need you to stay, can’t make you stay.
A heart that’s so broken, but still beating fast,
Caught in a moment that’s never going to last. I hate you, don’t leave me, it’s tearing me apart,
I’m breaking, I’m bleeding, but you’re all I’ve got.
I scream and I cry but I need you by my side,
I hate you, don’t leave me, I’m lost in this tide. I see you walking, I’m pulling you near,
Then in a heartbeat, I’m drowning in fear.
My head is a hurricane, spinning around,
One day I’m floating, the next I’m going down. Loving you’s like chasing a ghost,
I’m afraid of things I want the most.
I push to protect, what I don’t want to lose,
Caught in a battle I never get to choose. I hate you, don’t leave me, it’s tearing me apart,
I’m breaking, I’m bleeding, but you’re all I’ve got.
I scream and I cry but I need you by my side,
I hate you, don’t leave me, I’m lost in this tide. Can’t trust my own mind, it’s a prison, a lie,
I need you to love me, but don’t ask me why.
I’m fire and rain, I’m love and I’m pain,
I swear I’ll get better, just don’t walk away. I hate you, don’t leave me, it’s tearing me apart,
I’m breaking, I’m bleeding, but you’re all I’ve got.
I scream and I cry but I need you by my side,
I hate you, don’t leave me, I’m lost in this tide. I hate you don’t leave me, I’m scared to be free,
I love you, I need you, please don’t leave me.

Left in the Dark

Lyrics
I was born into the night, no arms to hold me tight,
Left to face the shadows all alone,
Eyes wide open to a world, that never called me home,
A silent cry, a heart made out of stone. Left in the dark, no guiding light,
An empty cradle, no lullaby tonight,
The world turned away, left me cold and scared,
In a world full of faces, nobody cared. I search the skies, for a reason, for a sign,
Why was I cast away, left behind?
A tiny heartbeat, lost in the great divide
Wishing on a star that's nowhere to find. Left in the dark, no guiding light,
An empty cradle, no lullaby tonight,
The world turned away, left me cold and scared,
In a world full of faces, nobody cared. Will I ever know the love that I was denied?
Or will I wonder lost, forever asking why?
The echoes of my cry, will they ever fade away?
Or will I carry this silence to my grave? Will I ever know the love that I was denied?
Or will I wonder lost, forever asking why?
The echoes of my cry, will they ever fade away?
Or will I carry this silence to my grave? Left in the dark, no guiding light,
An empty cradle, no lullaby tonight,
The world turned away, left me cold and scared,
In a world full of faces, nobody cared. but I'll find my way, through this endless night,
I'll be my own star; I'll find my own light,
For the one they abandoned, will rise from the pain,
And the tears that they left, will fall like rain. but I'll find my way, through this endless night,
I'll be my own star; I'll find my own light,
For the one they abandoned, will rise from the pain,
And the tears that they left, will fall like rain.

Gaslight

Lyrics
Walking through a maze of doubt
Shadows whisper all around
Every truth I knew, it's fading out,
Your words, they twist and confound.

You paint the sky a different hue,
Make me question what is true,
I'm losing sight of who I am,
In the mirrors of your sham. Spinning in your web of lies,
Falling through a dark disguise,
You're rewriting my memories,
Making me the enemy.

But I'm breaking free from your spell
No more living in this hell,
I see the light, beyond your veil,
I won't be prisoner, I will prevail. You say I'm crazy I'm paranoid,
You fill the silence with your noise,
But every time I try to speak,
you push me down; you make me weak.

You twist the truth until it breaks,
Make me doubt the steps I take,
But in the cracks, I see the light,
I'm reclaiming all my fight. Spinning in your web of lies,
Falling through a dark disguise,
You're rewriting my memories,
Making me the enemy.

But I'm breaking free from your spell
No more living in this hell,
I see the light, beyond your veil,
I won't be prisoner, I will prevail. Your words, they used to haunt my mind,
But now, I'm leaving them behind,
I'm stronger now, I've found my voice,
In this battle, I've made my choice.

Your words, they used to haunt my mind,
But now, I'm leaving them behind,
I'm stronger now, I've found my voice,
In this battle, I've made my choice. No more spinning in your lies,
I see through your dark disguise,
You won't rewrite my history,
I'm the author of my destiny.

I've broken free from your spell,
I've risen from your twisted hell,
I see the light, I've found my way,
And I'm standing tall today.

From Shadows to Sunlight

Lyrics
In a place where the nights are cold,
Silent cries in the dark unfold,
Brick walls whisper stories old,
Of dreams that flicker, young and bold. Eyes that search for a guiding light,
In a world where the days blend into night,
We danced in the echoes of hope so slight,
With hearts that yearned for the endless flight. A new day dawns with a gentle hand,
From distant lands to a promise land,
With hearts so full, yet understanding grand,
We build our dreams on this shifting sand. In the warmth of love, we find our way.
In the echo of laughter, we learn to sway,
Each step forward, the past starts to fray,
We embrace the dawn of a new day. From shadows to sunlight, we rise, and we fight,
With every step, we claim our right,
Through the storms and the pain, we'll chase the light,
From shadows to sunlight, we find our might We find our might

End Game

Lyrics
When it was me and you,
You left me feeling blue,
Your bets turned so cruel,
I knew what I had to do.

I had to cut the ties
Even though you already knew,
You weren't playing true,
Didn't see my point of view. I didn't want to clash,
But you dealt that blow,
Now we're both all in,
Feeling the overflow.

I know I made a choice,
But I had to raise my voice,
You left me with no choice,
Just echoes and noise. This is the End Game. When the chips are down,
You said I was the one,
But now I'm feeling stunned,
And you're the one who's run.

When you dealt those cards
Didn't think of my heart,
I was left falling apart, This is the hand you dealt,
Now it's time reveal,
What you really feel,
When I say I'm done

I know it stings a ton,
But when I say I'm done,
I need you to understand,
This is the End Game This is the End Game.

Communicate

Lyrics
I reach to speak but words betray me.

A struggle for someone who feels so alone.

Caught in silence, I yearn to connect.
Fighting the shadows that cloud my intent. I’ve given my all

Tried to break through

But you always say you know how I feel

I don’t want to hide, I want to be free

To ask how you are,

To share what I need What I crave

What I seek

Is someone who listens, who doesn’t critique

What I need

What I long for

Is for honesty, not an open door. What do I say, Where do I turn?

Is there a guide for the lessons I yearn? I’ve given my all

Tried to break through

But you always say you know how I feel

I don’t want to hide

I want to be free

To ask how you are are

To share what I need But what I seek,

What I desire.

Is someone who’s real, won’t play with fire

What I need,

What I crave.

Is someone to trust, A heart so brave.

Why I Create

Creativity has never felt separate from life to me. It is how I make sense of what is difficult to explain.

Read entry

I have always been drawn to the space between what happened and what it felt like. A photograph can hold that space in light and shadow. A song can hold it in melody. Writing can finally give it words.

I do not create because every story is easy or beautiful. I create because every story has value. The work that matters most to me is the work that makes someone stop for a second — to recognize a feeling, notice something they might have passed by, or feel less alone in their own experience.

Music

The Next Chapter

A collection about the battles people carry, and what it means to keep moving without pretending the past disappeared.

Read entry

The Next Chapter is not about reaching a perfect ending. It is about the moment after survival when you begin asking what comes next.

The songs live in different parts of that question — reality and doubt, empty spaces, memory, defiance and hope. Together they are a reminder that moving forward does not erase where we came from. Sometimes it gives us a new way to carry it.

Photography

Behind the Frame

I am rarely looking for perfection. I am looking for the instant when a place, person or detail starts to feel honest.

Read entry

The photographs I remember most are usually built around contrast: light against darkness, motion against stillness, strength beside vulnerability. Those opposites make an image feel alive to me.

Photography gives me permission to notice. A shadow across a wall, a person between poses, a building after everyone else has walked past it — those small moments can say more than something perfectly arranged. The frame is simply how I ask someone else to notice too.

Mission

I create to tell the stories that are easy to miss — and to make people feel something real.

Creativity has always been my way of giving emotion a language. Photography lets me preserve the moments, people and details that might otherwise pass unnoticed — not simply as they looked, but as they felt.

Whether I am photographing a person, a place, movement or stillness, I am looking for honesty: the contrast between strength and vulnerability, darkness and light, isolation and connection. My goal is not perfection. It is presence.

At the center of my work is one belief: every story has value. If an image makes someone stop, recognize a feeling, see another person differently, or feel a little less alone, then it has done what I hoped it would do.
